Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Arganessa. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as outlined in the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
